A while ago I was suffering from a nasty headache and in passing mentioned it to my friend, she grabbed my hand and start applying pressure to certain point. I was curious as to what she was up to , and while she was applying pressure she explained what she was doing. She said it was a form of acupuncture without the needles and worked to alleviate stressed points within the energy system, which manifested in symptoms such as headaches and what not. At the time I was very sceptical about the whole approach, but ten minutes later, my headache was gone. So I know present you the Lifehack's guide to basic acupressure.
This blog is dedicated to making life a little easier with helpful tips and tricks, in all areas of ones life.

Hey Guys,
After a very turbulent week of being internetlessness I have returned. Hope you have all been well, and the life hacks have helped in some way. I've made a few batches of of the 3 Minute Chocolate Brownies, I've been playing with the recipe a bit, added a little chocolate the first time, a little peppermint chocolate the second, and half a teaspoon of coffee the third, all turning out quite deliciously when served with Ice cream. Have any of you tried the brownies yet, if so what did you think?
Now without Further delay I present LifeHack's guide to Body High's and a kitty:

New CPR Technique,
Tweet
Today I found a new CPR technique called Continuous Chest Compression(CCC). The idea behind it is , that the adult body general has enough oxygen in the lungs to sustain life during attempted resuscitation and it is much more pertinent to survival to keep the blood pumping to the brain by performing continuous chest compression. So far this new technique has shown promising results with an increase of survival ,of individuals suffering cardiac arrest, from 14% (traditional CPR) to 23% (CCC), Hope you enjoy.

How to Make a Hoodie into a laptop bag
Tweet
I found this , and believe this is by far one of the most useful uses for a hoodie. I'm not sure how fully I trust the padding of the hoodie to support the laptop but very cool idea none the less.

Locate ATMs Worldwide with ATM Locator
Tweet
ATM Locator is a simple but very useful and free website provided by Visa. It helps you to easily locate ATMs in different countries and cities through a simple drop down menu. You just need to select the country and the city. Further you could also enter the postal code.
Apart from helping you locate cash machines on the web, it is available on the mobile web . This is particularly useful for travelers because when they need immediate cash and are searching for cash machines/ATMs, they just need to access this website on their cell phones and locate the ATM.
It further has advanced search and Airport ATM search features. Although we have found that it is not 100 % accurate and may miss some ATMs but still overall, it is a pretty useful site.
